web design

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

design challenge

Design a new brand using a pre-existing brand guideline created by another designer. Develop a complete brand concept informed by a randomly assigned target persona, and apply the established visual system to a fully designed website. Ensure visual cohesion and strategic alignment while adapting the brand to a digital experience that meets the needs of the target audience.

creative solution

This branding framework began with brand research and strategy, working from an established retro aesthetic framework. The selected concept was then built into a full brand identity and applied across product and digital touchpoints. The chosen direction centers on a prebiotic-infused alcoholic soda designed for a specific and underserved audience: women who carry a rich sense of adventure from their past and want products that reflect that identity, not their age. The product — 5% ABV, infused with three types of prebiotics — bridges nostalgia and wellness, two values that rarely intertwine. The brand’s exclusivity is incorporated into the concept: each of the five flavors is inspired by and available only at a specific vacation destination, sold through select hotel partnerships. This transforms the drink into a travel ritual rather than a commodity, deepening the emotional connection with a persona who values experience over convenience. The UX/UI system was designed to communicate this world clearly. It was meant to guide users through the flavor destinations, the product’s wellness credentials, and the locations where it can be found. The result is a brand and digital system scalable across hospitality partnerships, e-commerce, and experiential marketing channels.
